The Holyoke Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is offering to sell 123 Pine Street and adjacent lots to a qualified developer or end user. The Properties are located in the Urban Renewal Plan Project Area #1. 123 Pine Street is zone Downtown Residential (DR) consists of approximately 0.13 acres of land with a four-story multi-unit building. 780 Dwight St. and Dwight St. Parcel 001A are vacant lots zoned Limited Business (BL) vacant lots and are approximately .22 acres in size.
